These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the North Phoenix FCI website and services. By using this website, requesting an estimate, booking an appointment or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

North Phoenix FCI is a locally owned flooring sales and installation business based at 2415 W Happy Valley Rd, Suite 105, Phoenix, AZ 85085.

2. Estimates and Appointments

Information you submit is used to prepare a non-binding estimate. Final pricing, materials and scope of work are set out in a written proposal or contract. Requesting an estimate or booking an appointment does not create a binding agreement to purchase or install flooring.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your enquiry, appointments and project. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is not required to purchase goods or services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or use our services in violation of applicable law.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Deposits, payment schedules and cancellation terms are set out in your written project contract. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, is owned by North Phoenix FCI or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

This website and any estimates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product warranties and workmanship terms are set out in your written project contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Phoenix FCI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our SMS program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
